Abstract Submissions are now closed

Call for papers is now open!

The call for short communications and papers has now been extended until the 7th April

Program Scheduling

Program Scheduling
Abstracts will be considered for both oral and poster presentation. The program committee has introduced "speed sessions" enabling a greater number of available slots for speakers. During these sessions there will only be two concurrent streams resulting in a greater audience for each talk.

In submitting your abstract, you will be able to select from 3 presentation options - oral, speed session and poster. You may select one or more.

The Program Committee will do its best to accommodate delegates’ preferences

Only one paper per first author will be accepted for an oral or speed session. Poster presentations are strongly encouraged and will play an important role in this meeting.

Abstracts for presentations will be reviewed in order to ensure they meet minimum standards for conference abstracts, which is commonly done by scientific organisations.

Web Publishing
A couple of weeks before the meeting, the final program will be published to this web page along with hyperlinks to the abstracts.

It is a condition of submission that you register for the Conference for your abstract to be accepted. All registration fees must be paid for by the close of early bird 28th April 2014.
